Washington’s Supreme Court rules that charter schools can continue to receive state funding!

Willow has some great news! Today, the Washington Supreme Court issued a ruling that affirms the constitutionality of charter public schools in Washington state.

Today’s ruling is a victory for the students, a win for public education, and a big step forward in the movement to close the opportunity gap that persists in our state.

The Washington Supreme Court has given 3,400 students and their families from across our state new hope by affirming that charter public schools will continue to be a valuable part of our public education system.

We want to thank every student, parent, educator, and advocate for your energy and support.

Together, we’ve shown that we can be a powerful voice for what is right.

Thank you!
