Nichole M. Alvarado, Associate Teacher

Nichole M. Alvarado, an Associate Teacher, is a Walla Walla native. Nichole was a Wa-Hi Blue Devil and a Varsity letter recipient in Soccer, Basketball, and Softball.  Nichole attended Walla Walla Community College where she received her A.A. and was awarded the Most Valuable Player for the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges in Softball.

She transferred to Eastern Oregon University to continue her collegiate softball career and obtained a B.A. in Environmental Science and minors in Spanish and Geography. Nichole worked for the ESD in La Grande, Oregon as an interpreter, translator, home visitor, and preschool teacher while coaching high school soccer and softball.

Nichole is delighted to be a part of the Willow crew in where she can use her knowledge and experience in connecting with students and their families. She is happy to be back home and thrilled at the opportunity to give back to her community. Nichole is a sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time outdoors with her better half and their kids.
